This happened just yesterday when i was playing at Bukit Kemuning with a few friends. We were all at the tee box. And what happened was, one of the players did a practice swing with his buggy mate next to him. Unintentionally, he did a full backswing and the driver head came into contact with that person. It was unfortunate. Thankfully, the victim was ok despite being a bit dazed. The 'predator' was awfully sorry and that was the end of it. He will probably remember this one of the biggest ball ...

The ball starts to the right of the target line then curves to the left to finish on target.

A draw is a good thing, here's how to play it.

Step 1: Set your clubface square to the ball. Hold the club more loosely in your left hand turning your grip clockwise so you can see an extra knuckle on your left hand thus creating a stronger grip.

Step 2: Aim your feet and shoulders to the right of the target, making sure the clubface is still square. (See above). The ball might ...

A ball which starts left and moves right through the air ending on target is known as a fade.

Colin Montgomerie hits this shot as a natural part of his game.

It's a good thing, here's how to play it:

Step 1: Set your clubface square to the ball.

Hold the club extra tight in the bottom three fingers of your left hand which means you will release the club slightly later than normal and help create the left to right trajectory.

Check this list of possibilities to see where you are going wrong:

Aim: Your clubface could be too open.

Grip: Your hands may be twisted too far round to the left of the grip, known as a weak grip. As you swing through the ball the blade is naturally opening.

For most medium range shots the ball should be in the middle of your stance. And as a general rule of thumb, longer shots such as drives and low irons are played nearer the front foot. Whereas the shorter clubs, such as wedges and high irons, are played nearer the back foot. The best thing to do is experiment to see what suits you. You should also try to remember to strike the ball at the bottom of your swing.

Introduction

Stand still with your arms hanging by your side. Now fit a club into your left hand so its sits comfortably. Extend your right hand out as if about to shake hands with someone and then place it on the handle below your left hand. Relax your elbows and shoulders but be firm in your hands but not tight. The tighter your grip, the more likely it is your swing will breakdown along the way if you change the pressure on the club.

Here's how to use your top hand:

We have all heard about the importance working on your short game. The most important part of the short game is your putting. A majority of the strokes you take during a round of golf are taken with the putter in your hands. Being able to make those 3-10 footers more often will dramatically lower your scores. This is why you should continue to work on your putting even during the off season. You will continue to make progress with your stroke even when you are unable to play and you won’t lose ...

Tiger Woods won’t be changing his putter any time soon.

But everything else in his bag could be fair game — eventually.

During a Monday news conference at the PGA Learning Center to promote Nike’s new golf equipment, Woods talked about the rapid technological advances in golf.

Not so long ago, Woods used a persimmon driver, and steel-shafted drivers were all the rage. Now it’s impossible to find those clubs on the PGA Tour.

“I bring (the old driver) out every now and ...

Rated as one of the thoughest courses we have played (by ourselves of course), this was our second visit.
TP @ Tour Preferred. What it actually means.

As the topic goes guys, whut does TP mean to you guys, fine ..yes the touring pro's prefer the concerned equipment set in a certain calibration and a certain material used. But to us... the amateurs.. whut does that translate to. Cause i've come across equipment with the TP sign and was like, WHOA..TP dude... must be a good club. (It even sells for higher). But the questions we need to ask are:

1) Do we really need it?

2) Will it serve us the way it was intended?
